Done...almost...the new auditorium has passed city inspection...while some details in the sound system and audio/visual system are being worked on...we are ready to move in...
Left Side
A view from the left side of the balcony. You will notice new chairs...new lighting...and a beautiful cross hanging from the ceiling. The architect worked with the building committee to create a true "preaching" auditorium.
Right Side
A view from the right side of the balcony...notice Chuck Gray and Roger Curvey walking up the isle. This gives you some perspective...
New Balcony
The balcony seating remained with pews while the lower level was changed to chairs. The balcony received new carpet...new wood-work...and new lights. Also, notice that we completely remodeled the light and audio-visual booth and will be hanging class in the open frames.
Choir
Our new choir loft and baptistery. The wall in front of the choir is completely removable, as are the risers for the choir. The entire stage can be cleared to produce theatrical productions. The stage also is accompanied with its own air-conditioning unit.
Choir View
A view from the choir shows a full room view. Notice the new chairs...and increased lighting. Also notice the open windows in the back. There will be a new visitor greeting area as well as a cry room for children.
The Cross
This picture gives you a clear view of the cross which hangs directly over the pulpit (not shown). The design of the stage focused its development around the hanging cross. The wood-work on the stage focus its direction toward the baptistery. Also...there are 32 new stage lights focused on the stage.
Cry Room
We are providing a cry room to help parents and families with little ones.
Floor View
This is a view from stage-left.
From the Top!
This view is from the highest point in the balcony...new space...more seats...and beautiful...
