Worship is the central function of any body of believers and here at First Baptist Church, we adhere to no less than the biblical mandate to praise God. While our worship services always include dynamic musical presentations and other creative elements, the preaching of God's Word remains central to worship.
Our goal in worship is to glorify God so that His message can be heard, His healing felt, and His power displayed. Another key element in our services is giving. With one of the highest rates of per capita giving of any church of any denomination in the nation, our people take the commitment of tithes and offerings very seriously.
