32nd Annual Benefit Auction

We NEED ITEMS to auction.  If you have an item that you would like to donate, we have two drop-off days for you to donate your items:
– Saturday, September 15th, 2018 10 am – noon 
– Saturday, September 29th, 2018  10 am – noon
– Saturday, October 13th, 2018 – 10am – noon (NEW DATE)
Please bring FOOD ITEMS October 19th from 8am until 3pm

The 32nd Annual Heartland Christian School Benefit Auction is scheduled for October 19,, 2018. This will be an exciting and fun filled evening as we work together to raise funds for the support of our school. “Like” our Facebook page – “Benefit Auction for Heartland Christian School” and share with your friends.

Dinner will be served from 5 pm – 6:30 pm. The Auctions (silent and live) will begin at 5 pm and go through 9:30 pm.

Determine now what you can do to help in each of these areas.

  • 2018 Auction Volunteer Form – Please fill out if you plan on helping the night of the auction.
  • 2018 Donation Form – Please fill out if you have any items or gift certificates that you are donating and turn in with the donation.
