We want to involve you in your children’s education. We don’t simply fund-raise and run events. Our goal is to give each parent the opportunity to be as involved as possible in your child’s education and help to make our school great in the process.

Through fundraising such as box tops, labels & receipts, we are able to raise funds to better our school. Last year, the funds raised were able to help renovate part of the building to better equip it for larger classes. Visit our fundraising page for a list of items to collect. We also have some additional opportunities this coming year which should allow us to do even more!
Pancake Funraiser Results

Results from our 2017 Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser. We raised enough money to purchase an AED machine for the school!

Myth: The PTA is just for stay-at-home moms.
FACT: The PTA is for everyone! Our volunteers are mothers, fathers, and those who fill those roles.
Myth: The PTA has all the help they need.
FACT: We are always in need of volunteers. Don’t think your talents aren’t a fit. There is something for everyone.
Myth: Volunteering for the PTA takes too much time.
FACT: Only YOU can decide how much time you can give. Even if you can help at just one event or handle one task per year, it would be greatly appreciated.

Parent Web/FACTS Family Portal

FACTS is in the process of replacing the RenWeb Home app with the FACTS Family app, which we started using last year.  If you attempt to use your RenWeb Home app to access the Family Portal (formerly Parent Web) on or after July 15, 2021, you will have to pay a fee to continue using the app.
In order to access Heartland’s FACTS Family app:
  • Go to your App Store or Play Store.
  • Search “Heartland Christian School.”
  • Download the app that has our seal as its icon. It should be free for anyone who already has a FACTS Family Portal (formerly ParentsWeb) account with our school.
  • It will prompt you to set up a profile. Please do so!  This will enable us to put you in groups tailored more to your students’ interests and send out more specific announcements.
Reminder: Our district code is HL-MO. You must first set up your account on a desktop before logging into the app.
If you have any questions about the app, or if it is acting up, please call the office at 331-1000 or contact Ms. Anders.

Parent Alert

Our school uses the Parent Alert system to notify parents in certain situations, including emergency situations, throughout the year. The frequency of these alerts varies, but we try to reserve them for urgent announcements, so it is important that you are also checking your emails and the Announcements on the FACTS Family Portal for news on upcoming events.
At the beginning of the school year, a test alert is sent out. If you are a parent or contact for a student, and did not receive this alert, please notify the office to double check your information.
Sometimes it is appropriate to text START to 22383 in order to enable your alerts. Likewise, if you are an emergency contact or pick up contact and you do not wish to receive these alerts you can opt out by texting STOP to 22383. Message and data rates may apply.  If you wish to read the privacy policy for High Ground Solutions, the partner of FACTS which provides this service, please click the following link: High Ground Privacy Policy.  If you require technical support for this service, please contact or text HELP to 22383.
