Annual Auction

The Annual Auction is a yearly fundraiser event in which supporters contribute goods or services that anyone can bid on and purchase. All proceeds go to Heartland Christian School. Contact Stacy Mata for information on how to get involved.

Admission is free! If you'd like to join the fun and support our school financially, you are more than welcome to purchase a meal and to bid on items in the auction.

Want to Donate?

You, your business, and our school benefit from your participation.  We welcome the opportunity to count you as one of our supporters.  Donors are promoted as follows:

  • Early donors are featured in advertising prior to the Auction. We have found that many participants come to the auction because of specific donors, and participants frequent the businesses of our donors.  The donor’s name is also clearly identified with each item during the Auction.

  • After the Auction, donors and the community are recognized for their support through local advertising, newsletters, social media, and our website

You may donate items or certificates for services to be entered into either the live or silent auction.  Items in the past have ranged from baked goods, quilts, and firearms to gift baskets, furniture, and home decor.  Please, make sure that your items are in good condition. 

 

Our goal is to provide opportunities for team donors and buyers to benefit young people and communities.  We believe the investment we all make in the future of children is worth the labor, the giving, and the challenge.
