What to Expect During the Application Process

Tour

  • Visit our school and ask any questions you might have about our program.  You can do this at an Open House or by calling and making an appointment with our office at (816) 331-1000.

Apply

  • Apply online using the button above.

  • If you feel you will need financial aid, proceed to Payments and Aid.

  • Submit a records request for your student via the application or to our office.  This will let their current school know you are planning to leave so they can start their withdrawal process.  (The form is available in the application and needs to be submitted by our office to your student's current school.)

  • If your student currently has an IEP and/or will need accommodations, be sure to submit the most current documentation so that we may review it before your interview.

Enroll

  • If your application is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for setting up your FACTS Family Portal Account and filling out your student's enrollment packet.

  • Submit a copy of your student's birth certificate and immunization records by uploading them directly on the enrollment form or by bringing hard copies to the office.

  • Select a payment plan for tuition.

Interview

  • Schedule a meeting with our superintendent, Pastor McCubbin to discuss your application and enrollment packets and any concerns about grades or school policies.
